This Function allows the administration of the following data as a Database Function. IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR REGULAR USAGE, RATHER FOR ADMINISTRATION FUNCTIONS IF A PROBLEM OCCURS.
Words
These are words which have been added by the user by automatic saving during normal operation. This does not give access to the standard vocabulary which is supplied with JayBee.
Ignored Words
These are words which JayBee does not take into consideration when analysing any phrases. These words will NOT be considered to be KEYWORDS.
Phrases
These are all Phrases which are stored in JayBee. They can be displayed either alphabetically or chronologically (most recent at top).

This function allows the selection of any SAPI 5 voice which is installed on the computer to be selected as the JayBee voice.

Phrase Stats
This function allows the user to reset all statistics associated with all phrases. In effect it forces JayBee to reset the knowledge database on the usage of phrases. It should be used with great caution.
Word Stats
This function allows the user to reset all statistics associated with all Words. In effect it forces JayBee to reset the knowledge database on the usage of words. It should be used with great caution.
This function allows the user to effect the way that JayBee says specific words. Since not every word in the English language is in the voice specification, sometimes a word will sound strange when spoken by JayBee. In this case these words can be modified by using this function.
The layout of the on screen virtual keyboard may be changed to two default layouts (Alphabetic and Dvorak) or can be defined by the user.
